Email Setup for Windows Outlook

Step One: Open Outlook, and Click "File"

Step Two: Click "Add Account"

Step Three: Connect Your Email Address.

- Type in Your Email Address.
- Click "Advanced Options"
- Tick "Let Me Set Up My Account Manually"
- Click "Connect"

Step Four: Select "IMAP"

Step Five: Enter Your Email Details Here

- Incoming Mail Server = mail.yourdomainname.com.au
- Incoming Port = 143
- Encryption Method = None
- Outgoing Mail Server = mail.yourdomainname.com.au
- Outgoing Port = 587
- Encryption Method = None

Please note that the above Mail Servers are not literal. For example, if your email is info@example.com.au, your Mail Server would be mail.example.com.au

Step Six: Type in Your Password

Step Seven: Click Done!
