How do I reset my account login?
Your client area username is most likely your personal email address before you signed up with us, not your business email address.
Your client area password and business email password are two completely different passwords.
To reset your client area password follow the steps below
- 1. Go to https://secure.newdomain.com.au/clientarea.php
- 2. Click Request a Password Reset
- 3. Enter the email address that you provided when signing up with us
- 4. A password reset link will be send to your email address, click on it.
- 5. Enter a new password.
